Marc
Krones Market Research, LLC, is a full-service, custom quantitative
research company. Although we have experience in a number
of different methodologies and industries, we feel that
one of the things that differentiates us from other marketing
research firms you may be considering is our expertise in
coordinating on-site/in-store customer intercepts.
Established
in December, 2003, we are relatively new as a marketing
research company. However,
we are certainly not new to marketing research, and have
been executing projects since 1987.
While
it would be inappropriate to publish our client list, we
will say that six of
them are/were in the Fortune 500,
and two of these six are Fortune 100 companies. No more
hints though!
Since
our inception, we have shown revenue growth each year (we’ll
see about 2009!). While some of that is because we continue
to add to our client list, it is also due to the fact that
we have done repeat business with nearly everyone we have
ever worked with. We are very proud of the fact that
we have had few “one and done” clients.
We
pride ourselves on always keeping our clients informed,
quickly following up on their calls/e-mails, and keeping
the dates we promise.
