QUALITY ASSURANCES

  • Long-term relationships (some for more than 10 years) with many of
    the services we use.

  • Conference call briefing with all field services to go over written instructions and procedures. Clients are invited to listen in and/or participate if they desire.

  • Interviewer dress code expectations are outlined (including what to
    wear and what not to wear).

  • Interviewers must be "approved" by the on-site client contact person
    before they can begin.

  • Any deviation from what we have outlined their tasks to be - even
    "helpful" suggestions made by on-site client staff - must be confirmed by us before continuing. This "minor adjustment" could unwittingly be a
    significant change to the methodology we designed.

  • On-site client staff are not allowed to see completed surveys (although
    blank surveys can be shown to them). Sometimes, they try to influence
    the data collection if the results are not what they had hoped for/anticipated.

  • Follow-up telephone validations confirming respondents were screened correctly (if client allows us to collect telephone numbers from their customers).
