I honestly believe that MKMR's values and ethics differentiate
us from
many other marketing research suppliers. Certainly not
all
I was fortunate to have some wonderful mentors
when starting out, and most of them are still out there!

One
of the nicest compliments I ever received was a letter
from a client during my years at Elrick & Lavidge.
It was written to the manager of my office. In it, the
client said that he liked working with me because I cared
about his project not just because we were getting paid
to execute it for him, but because he knew I cared about
the research itself.

You
will be provided with realistic dates and budgets - there
are no
"bait and switch" tactics. Indeed, wehave lost
projects in the past to
others who have done just that to get a project. We will
never commit
to a date that we're not confident we can meet. In terms
of budget, any
changes in project price are almost always a function
of specifications changing (i.e., interview length is
longer than budgeted, screening criteria becomes more
restrictive, etc.). On the rare occasion that something
happens to negatively affect the price that we had not
anticipated, we will notify you immediately, and we canexplore
what our options are. You will not
be surprised by the price at the end of the project!
